As part of our Performance & Development review, we evaluate performance and potential and use the outcome as the basis for crafting individual development plans to sharpen our capabilities and knowledge, to embrace new skills and competencies, as well as to formulate our succession planning. All TCE employees undertake an annual performance review. This ensures a fair and transparent evaluation process for all staff. In addition, we follow a well-established People Development Review system for performance management of the management team and other key employees.
